        Shipping Methods

        We only ship to the mailing address you provide. If you need to change your mailing address, we will need to cancel your order and have you repurchase.

        Most items are made after your order is placed. We are currently asking for a seven to fourteen day turn around on most orders. If you need a better idea of current shipping times, please send us an email. We do try to process all orders in sequence as they are received.


        We do allow for pick up at our studio in Newark, OH.  There is an option on the checkout page for you to pick this option BUT once you do this, you will be required to pick up your items at the studio.  We are typically at the studio Monday thru Friday 9 am to 4 pm.  If you need to pick up on a certain day or time, please confirm we are available for you.  Otherwise, we will notify you as soon as your order is ready.  

        Purchased products not claimed after 90 days will be considered abandoned and cannot be refunded.  Product(s) will either be sold or given to charity at the shop owners discretion.  There are no exceptions to this rule!

        ***SIGNS***  Due to the delicate nature of our laser cut words on our signs, your signs will ship separately when ordered with other items. You will receive more than one tracking number. All items will not necessary ship all on the same day.

        We ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail whenever possible. For extra large items we use FedEx and occasionally UPS.
